I received an email for 35 No deposit, no wager free spins. Went onto the website and claimed (noting that there was 3.5hours left on promotion ticker when i clicked the button)
Free spins played, I had some great wins and then the game refreshed at the end of the spins and my balance went to 0.
I contacted support and they basically brushed me off. They referenced the (3days ago) in my email header - googles automated summary of when you received the email which as most know increments by 1 day at midnight in the account holders timezone.
I am GMT+1300 and its important to note 6pm my time is midnight casino time.

Ik zit in de tijdzone GMT+1300 en het is belangrijk om te weten dat 18:00 uur in mijn tijdzone middernacht is in de casinotijd. De e-mail is ontvangen op mijn tijd: 18:03 uur op 14 oktober. Casinotijd: 00:03 uur op 14 oktober. Op dit moment (1 uur na het indienen van de claim) is het mijn tijd: 14:19 uur op 17 oktober.
