Slots garden did not tell you that there are very specific documents needed for withdraw. I withdrew $300.58 on March 14 and I thought I would get my money in 10 business days. I waited the 10 days then I went on the support chat to ask and they sent me a long list of documents I needed. Its is weird because when I withdrew they never asked for it. I send the documents, and then I have to go through endless loops in the support chats. Its been a month of back and forth. I send the documents, they say they got them, I wait a few days, ask again and they say I have not sent anything. I have gone back and forth with the support team and every time I ask about when I am getting my money they say, " After checking your account, I was able to see that we are still missing the following documents..." And a list of requirements. When I get upset and tell them I already sent everything, they quickly scramble and say "oh yes you have sent it" Then they say, "Thank you for your patience! I have made the escalation for this. We should have a resolution within the next 24-72 business hours. Please come back if you do not see any update after this." and when I revisit the chat, they say I dont have the documents.
