Hi I am playing at slotsmagic.com and is currently doing verification.
I have uploaded my id and bill in the casino.
And they rejected my bill because "the one that was uploaded was too small to read."
My bill is very clear and can read all details.
My bill date is March and I uploaded May it should still be valid by that time.
They did not say it was old they just said that it was too small to read.
I emailed Support@SlotsMagic.com and sent message to offline message but no reply.

This is not true at all. The one I provided is from April so it is not older than 3 months. Also it is super clear. The file is 2.71 MB that I took with my good camera. Can I send it to your email address so that you can see?
