  • On April 29, 2026 I made a deposit and did not take a bonus. I won over $2500.00 but withdrew exactly $2500.00. While waiting a received an email from Spin Galaxy that said that there was a chargeback and my account was settled, I honestly didnt no what a chargeback was. I decided to look it up and from what I understand Casino Galaxy is accusing me of- disputing transactions made to them from my bank account. According to Spin Galaxy Casino my bank reversed transactions made to the casino in the amount of $2420.00, I immediately went to discuss this issue with Spin Galaxy in their chat. I told the operator I have never disputed a transaction from their casino or any online casino I have played on. The operator then told me that " sometimes the bank will make dispute the transaction without the account holders permission or knowledge. Then I explained to the operator how is it possible that I apparently owe Spin Galaxy Casino $2420.00, when my over all deposits in this casino are $1400.00? The operator then accused me of having accounts on other casino affiliated with Spin Galaxy Casino. I asked for proof and if these accounts were verified with legal documents that they are my accounts, the operator did not answer my question. I also reminded the operator I have never disputed a transaction made to any casino to my bank. I decided to call my bank and get verification that I never received any money back from Spin Galaxy Casino or any affiliate to Spin Galaxy casino due to a disputed transaction. The bank informed that there was no chargeback from any casinos and the last disput I made was May 2025, my cellphone provider took more then what my bill was, the end result of that was- my cellphone provider kept what ever money was owed for the actual bill and I was given the difference back from them overcharging me. Also my bank confirmed that the would never disputed a transaction on behalf of a client and especially without the clients knowledge, it is the account holders responsibility to dispute there own transactions. I spoke to Spin Gslaxy casinos chat a second and also sent over 1 year of bank statements to prove that I have never received returned funds in the amount of $2420.00 in disputed transactions from my bank. I would really appreciate if the could pay me $2420.00 that they owe me. If you need any more info just let me know I have bank statements, screenshot of conversation with the operators, proof of my total deposits . Camieleigh Banias
