Well on three occasions as the email entered my email box i clicked onto the link and had absolutely no spins. So i asked them about this and was told i just wasn't the first 20. I explained that i literally clicked on the link as the email entered my box. They were rude and did care one bit. So i asked them to stop wasting my timer and to close the account. Which they happily did with no questions asked!
A few days ago i wanted to check something on the account and asked them to reopen the account.
Their reply to that was......"according to their terms and conditions 1.27.2. PERMANENT EXCLUSION - i would have to wait 1 year or until the 18th feb for the account to be reopened"
That's amazing, i self excluded without even knowing this....strange???!!!!! Im sure if this was audited on their end this would mean loss of license. hmmm - iv retained all emails and info

Well , why would anyone take them seriously if they would allow players to close and open accounts on a whim.
I think they did the right thing. Self-exclusion is a serious thing ( whether is related to gambling problem or not ), and on top of it, its your responsibility to read terms .Nou, waarom zou iemand ze serieus nemen als ze spelers zouden toestaan om in een opwelling accounts te sluiten en te openen.
Ik denk dat ze het juiste hebben gedaan. Zelfuitsluiting is een ernstige zaak (of het nu verband houdt met een gokprobleem of niet), en bovendien is het uw verantwoordelijkheid om de voorwaarden te lezen.
