    This casino is an absolute scam, waste of time and highly fraudulent. 

    From November last year i have been writing complaints to the casino, only to find out that, the contact details of the casino are invalid. This casino offeres a $1000 no deposit chip to all new customers. I signed up, got the free Chip, and successfully wagered the amount required. On the time of my withdrawal, the procedure started dragging, they requested that I fill in my KYC, which was not a problem, but thereafter I was prompted to deposit 30USD to completed the KYC verification. I repeatedly questioned why I should, but all the Live support staff the assisted kept on saying " the system is completely automatic, in order to complete verification, i should make a single separate deposit of 30$ to resolve a `Account Verification Error' ". Bare in mind 30usd in ZAR is R520 which is a lot of money for an unemployment person. I risked my last R600 with hopes that id be withdrawing $5221.01, which estimates to R85 517.44. I proceeded with the deposit, immediately thereafter a requested a withdrawal. Apon the request, the withdrawal was immediately declined with an error message that stated "external wallet verification required , deposit $150 in a single payment for wallet verification ".

     

    Again the support team stated "system is completely automatic, we can't override the process, the only solution is to deposit $150 or more in a single payment, to resolve wallet verification".

     

    It is then i realized that I had been scammed. I tried contacting all the possible stakeholders and external support teams but all my emails were blocked and unresponded.

     

    I really need your assistance with this, I've been trying my at most to fight this but not managing to succeed at all angles. Please assist me.

    Ik heb echt uw hulp hierbij nodig. Ik heb mijn uiterste best gedaan om dit op te lossen, maar het lukt me op geen enkele manier. Kunt u mij alstublieft helpen?
