Hello, I recently had a horrible experience redeeming on fortune coins after winning $700 USD. They gave me the run around for an entire week. I ended up giving up and just playing through the $700 and moving elsewhere. I have played a huge amount of online casinos and always submit the same documents such as ID, bank statements / water bill, etc with NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. however, fortune coins would not accept me because my mother’s name was listed as a join owner of my bank account. No other casino had made me provide my mother’s ID. Her name was on my bank since I was 16 and needed a co owner at the time of opening my bank many years ago. I am now 33 years old and she has never used my account. I am nervous after finding out that Zula is the sister account of fortunecoins that they will make me provide my mother’s details again. She will never gamble on my account and never uses my bank, nor does she even live with me. The bank will not take either of us off the account and so I’m stuck. I hope they can just verify me like all the other websites have. Please let me know if you can help. I just submitted all my documents. I did not submit my mother’s ID yet in hopes they don’t require it. She has gotten remarried and so her last name does not match on my bank or her ID. I did however make her go into the bank recently and update her last name but it won’t show an updated last name until the August statements released.
