Gameplay & Customer Support
Having completed two initial steps of the investigation the tester went on to check out Cool Cat Casino’s well-equipped catalog. His first choice was Mighty Drums, followed by Beary Wild, after which he decided to reach out to the support department to find out what the minimum withdrawal for Bitcoin and wagering requirements on deposits without a bonus.
When he typed in the question, he noticed that he was 17th in the queue, which indicated that he’d have to wait for the response for a while. To entertain a consumer while waiting, the customer support department automatically sends mini-games through chat.
No response arrived during the day, so he decided to try luck a day later, but the same thing happened. This time, mini games aside, he was also prompted to a questionnaire regarding the quality of support, and favorite games.
13 minutes went by and the human agent finally responded, letting the tester know that the minimum withdrawal amount is USD 100. He also added that the deposit without a bonus needs to be wagered once.
After finally receiving the responses 24 hours later, the tester decided to play more games. He launched Planet of the ‘Roos, Jackpot Saloon, and Football Fortunes. The next in line was Trigger Happy which brought him a win of USD 45.54. After that, he played Mermaid’s Pearls and Empress Wu.
KYC & Customer Support
Even though the deposit page in the cashier states that no ID verification is needed for deposits below USD 200 that doesn’t mean the procedure is not required at all. On August 13, 2024, upon trying to make a withdrawal request, our tester was informed that he needed to complete KYC before submitting a request. The terms also confirm that.
To ensure the highest level of protection of players’ data, Cool Cat Casino uses HooYu for ID verification. The tester submitted the front and the back pages of his ID and selfie with a document.
Two days later, he noticed that the selfie was validated, whereas the photo ID, in this case, driver’s license, was still under review. Ten minutes later, he was informed that his driver’s license had expired and was asked to submit another document. Players should know that documents expiring in the next two months will not be accepted.
Thirteen days went by and his identity was still unverified. The notification on “My Documents” displayed the status “Missing Documents”. He tried to complete the process one more time on August 30, 2024, but no luck this time either.
The tester contacted the support department once again, pointing out that the system wouldn’t accept his documents. He was asked to send documents via mail, and he did so. The tester also inquired whether the relevant department could update the birthdate, as he accidentally entered it in the wrong format.
A couple of more days went by, once again without any success, so he reached out to the support department on September 5, 2024. This time, the notification in the chat box indicated that he was second in the queue, which was supposed to mean prompt response. But no, it meant another batch of mini-games and questions.
After almost half an hour of waiting in total, he was informed that the front of the ID with all four corners visible was still missing.
Pointing out that he already submitted the required document, the tester sent a mail to confirm it. Despite that, he was informed that he needed to resubmit it, due to the newest updates. The agent also added that documents are needed in better quality.
Two weeks later and 17 minutes of waiting for human agent to respond on live chat, the tester explained all the mess regarding ID verification one more time. After more waiting, he was once again asked whether he submitted the docs using the right address, and he confirmed it. He also copy-pasted the auto-response which aimed to confirm that documents were received.
Finally, after a couple of more minutes went by, the tester was informed that the documents were verified, meaning he was finally able to submit the cashout request.
Withdrawal
After the entire mess with ID verification was cleared away the tester finally placed a withdrawal request a day later, on September 20, 2024. He wanted to cash out USD 100 via BTC. As soon as the request was submitted, he received a confirmation that the casino received it.
As far as the notification stated (video 20.09. @ 1:47), the request should be sent for approval in 8 business days. Many days went by, so the tester reached out to the live chat department on October 18, 2024, to find out what was the reason for such delay.
This time, the response arrived fast, letting the tester know that a large volume of requests was the reason for the slow processing. The agent asked the tester to provide his crypto address to speed up processing. As far as the agent noted, the update on the processing should arrive in up to a maximum of 72 hours.
Three days later, on October 21, 2024, the tester was informed that the money was on the way and should be credited in 7-10 working days. That, of course, didn’t happen in the promised timeframe, so he contacted the support department on November 7, 2024.
The tester was asked whether the documents for ID verification were sent to the right address, and once again promised that the process would be completed within 24 hours. Two months after submitting the cashout request, the tester finally received USD 99.67/ 0.00102152 BTC on November 21, 2024.
To withdraw, players can use Bank Transfer, Bitcoin, Coindraw, and Check Transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount ranges from USD 20 to USD 100. Depending on the method selected, the fee can amount to 5% or USD 40. Processing time is between 7 to 10 days for all methods except for Coindraw, which requires 0 to 7 days to be processed.
Mind the rule that says that a player can request a maximum number of pending withdrawals equal to four times their current weekly limit. The weekly withdrawal limit is capped at USD 2,500, but it can be increased for customers on higher loyalty levels. If a payment is separated into installments, each will have a separate approval time.
Conclusion
Should ID verification take more than a month? NO! Should a player wait 24 hours for the live chat department to respond? Again NO! Should Bitcoin withdrawal take two months to be completed? Once again NO!

Toen hij de vraag typte, zag hij dat hij als 17e in de rij stond, wat aangaf dat hij even op het antwoord moest wachten. Om een consument te vermaken tijdens het wachten, stuurt de klantenservice automatisch minigames via de chat.

Nadat hij 24 uur later eindelijk de reacties had ontvangen, besloot de tester nog meer spellen te spelen. Hij lanceerde Planet of the 'Roos, Jackpot Saloon en Football Fortunes. De volgende in de rij was Trigger Happy, wat hem een winst van 45,54 dollar opleverde. Daarna speelde hij Mermaid's Pearls en Empress Wu.
KYC en klantenondersteuning
Hoewel op de stortingspagina in de kassa staat dat er geen identiteitsverificatie nodig is voor stortingen onder de $ 200, betekent dit niet dat de procedure helemaal niet nodig is. Op 13 augustus 2024, toen we een opnameverzoek probeerden in te dienen, werd onze tester geïnformeerd dat hij KYC moest voltooien voordat hij een verzoek kon indienen. Dertien dagen gingen voorbij en zijn identiteit was nog steeds niet geverifieerd. De melding in "Mijn Documenten" gaf de status "Ontbrekende Documenten" aan. Hij probeerde het proces nogmaals te voltooien op 30 augustus 2024, maar ook deze keer zonder succes.
De tester nam opnieuw contact op met de supportafdeling en gaf aan dat het systeem zijn documenten niet accepteerde. Hem werd gevraagd de documenten per post te versturen, wat hij ook deed. De tester vroeg ook of de betreffende afdeling de geboortedatum kon bijwerken, aangezien hij deze per ongeluk in het verkeerde formaat had ingevoerd.
Er gingen nog een paar dagen voorbij, opnieuw zonder resultaat, dus nam hij op 5 september 2024 contact op met de supportafdeling. Deze keer gaf de melding in de chatbox aan dat hij als tweede in de wachtrij stond, wat een snelle reactie zou betekenen. Maar nee, het betekende weer een reeks minigames en vragen.
Na in totaal bijna een half uur te hebben gewacht, kreeg hij te horen dat de voorkant van het identiteitsbewijs, waarvan alle vier de hoeken zichtbaar waren, nog steeds ontbrak.
De tester wees erop dat hij het vereiste document al had ingediend en stuurde een e-mail om dit te bevestigen. Desondanks kreeg hij te horen dat hij het opnieuw moest indienen vanwege de nieuwste updates. De agent voegde eraan toe dat documenten van betere kwaliteit nodig zijn.
Twee weken later, na 17 minuten wachten op een reactie van een medewerker via de livechat, legde de tester nogmaals alle rompslomp rond de identiteitsverificatie uit. Na nog eens wachten werd hem opnieuw gevraagd of hij de documenten met het juiste adres had ingediend, en hij bevestigde dit. Hij kopieerde en plakte ook het automatische antwoord dat moest bevestigen dat de documenten waren ontvangen.
Uiteindelijk, na nog een aantal minuten, kreeg de tester te horen dat de documenten waren geverifieerd. Dit betekende dat hij eindelijk het uitbetalingsverzoek kon indienen.
Opname
Nadat de hele rommel met de ID-verificatie was opgelost, diende de tester een dag later, op 20 september 2024, eindelijk een opnameverzoek in. Hij wilde 100 dollar opnemen via BTC. Zodra het verzoek was ingediend, ontving hij een bevestiging dat het casino het had ontvangen.
Volgens de melding (video 20.09. @ 1:47) zou het verzoek binnen 8 werkdagen ter goedkeuring moeten worden ingediend. Er gingen vele dagen voorbij, dus nam de tester op 18 oktober 2024 contact op met de livechatafdeling om te achterhalen wat de reden voor deze vertraging was.
Deze keer kwam de reactie snel, wat de tester liet weten dat een groot aantal verzoeken de reden was voor de trage verwerking. De agent vroeg de tester om zijn crypto-adres op te geven om de verwerking te versnellen. Volgens de agent zou de update over de verwerking binnen maximaal 72 uur moeten arriveren.
Drie dagen later, op 21 oktober 2024, kreeg de tester te horen dat het geld onderweg was en binnen 7-10 werkdagen zou worden bijgeschreven. Dat gebeurde natuurlijk niet binnen de beloofde termijn, dus nam hij op 7 november 2024 contact op met de supportafdeling.
De tester werd gevraagd of de documenten voor de identiteitsverificatie naar het juiste adres waren verzonden en beloofde opnieuw dat het proces binnen 24 uur zou worden afgerond. Twee maanden na het indienen van het uitbetalingsverzoek ontving de tester uiteindelijk USD 99,67 / 0,00102152 BTC op 21 november 2024.
Spelers kunnen geld opnemen via bankoverschrijving, Bitcoin, Coindraw en cheque. Het minimale opnamebedrag varieert van 20 tot 100 dollar. Afhankelijk van de gekozen methode kunnen de kosten oplopen tot 5% of 40 dollar. De verwerkingstijd bedraagt 7 tot 10 dagen voor alle methoden, behalve voor Coindraw, waarvoor de verwerking 0 tot 7 dagen duurt.
