My name is Natasha and I’m here to share some important news about testing GoldenLady Casino, a brand whose online history dates back to 2013. In case it has caught your attention, get ready to be knocked for six as there are a bunch of reasons to bypass this place, possibly for good.
As you can see, the payout is still an issue, so let’s see where things hit the skids.
REGISTRATION
Our tester registered as planned, on 23 February, 2022. To create an account at this place, you must provide an email address, username and password as your first step. The next two require a title, first name, last name, birth date, and mobile phone but to complete the initiation process you must add a ZIP code, currency, city, country and a secret question with answer for security reasons.
Bubbles12 ran across the first problem after registering, when she discovered that the cashier is not responding, so she decided to contact live chat and see how to fix it.
DEPOSITING
After getting in touch with a customer service representative on live chat to explain the persisting error with the cashier, our tester was asked to send a screenshot via email for further help.
The first solution to the problem followed after a couple of minutes, where it was suggested to reset the browser, delete history, and make sure no VPNs (virtual private networks) are being used.
Although it didn’t solve the issue on that day, Bubbles12 visited the cashier once more on Friday, February 25th 2022 and managed to make a deposit of €200 in Bitcoin.
Since the problem with depositing was solved, our player jumped into action and started browsing the lobby to find her favorite games from Betsoft, RIVAL, Tom Horn Gaming and Fresh Deck Studios.
There are around 9+ different ways to fund the account once registered as a member. Depositing a minimum at this place is capped at €25 per transaction, while the maximum stands at €500. The situation is slightly different for cryptocurrencies as there is no limit to how much a player can deposit. The minimum for Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple, and Dogecoin is €25.

GAMING
When it comes to playing slots, Bubbles12 started with Witches of Salem, but soon continued to explore with Scary Rich 2, Wrath of Medusa and Chariots of Fire.
When her funds reached €140, Bubbles12 tried to withdraw her money for the first time. That same problem with the non-responding cashier prevented her from requesting the desired amount, so she contacted live chat support once again to inquire further.
The agent used this opportunity to offer some bonuses and told her that she can send in documents to verify her account once the withdrawal is pending.
Bubbles12 continued to play and picked Rise of Poseidon as her next favorite. The biggest win happened while having fun with RIVAL’s biggest hits, such as Future Fortunes and Queen of Hearts.
She also tried to break some personal records by playing Merlin’s Mystical Multipliers, Diggin’ Deep, Big Cash Win, Reel Crime Stealing Christmas, 7th Heaven and Ten Times Wins, but no luck.
WITHDRAWAL
Our tester tried to make a withdrawal via Bitcoin on February 25th 2022. After playing several slot games, Bubbles12 earned €310.81 in total, so it was the right time to check out casino’s cashout policy and speed.
While the minimum amount for cashing out at GoldenLady Casino is just €10, the maximum is capped at merely €1000.
To request a withdrawal, players must enter the amount they want to withdraw, but our tester only received a pop-up message stating her payout request was “greater than the withdrawal balance.”
She contacted customer support to ask for help but was only advised to log out and log in again.
Since the usual approach didn’t help, a casino rep asked Bubbles12 to request a lower amount and try with €300 instead or even divide the payout in two!
Nothing worked. Even logging in and out for the fifth time or sending a screenshot to the casino.
Our tester’s concerns about being scammed grew when the rep said that he hadn’t received any email but forwarded the issue to the accounting department.
Our tester’s withdrawal request of €310 was first submitted on Friday, February 25th, 2022.
After being totally neglected by the casino’s customer support, our player tried to withdraw her money on February 28th 2022 but ran across the recurring problem with the loading cashier again.
She tried to pull out the funds once more on March 2nd, 8th and 18th 2022, but the agents kept telling her the usual excuses like: “the team is looking into it” and “reset your browser, clear history and try again.”
After that chat, no further answers followed that would solve the issue with the cashier. Her payout is still not received or even worse – not being processed by the casino. It’s been more than 60 days since her first attempt.
UPDATE: After contacting the casino rep via LCB, our tester was emailed by the casino on May 9, apologizing for the payout delay and asking for an updated Bitcoin address to be sent to the support department. After providing the address as requested, the tester received the money on May 10, in the amount of 0.009399 BTC.
CONCLUSION
As our report reveals, registering, depositing, and playing at GoldenLady Casino works. Requesting a withdrawal at this place, however, is a whole different story.

OPNAME
Onze tester probeerde op 25 februari 2022 geld op te nemen via Bitcoin. Na het spelen van verschillende gokkasten verdiende Bubbles12 in totaal € 310,81, dus het was het juiste moment om het uitbetalingsbeleid en de snelheid van het casino te bekijken.
Hoewel het minimale uitbetalingsbedrag bij GoldenLady Casino slechts € 10 bedraagt, ligt het maximum op slechts € 1000.
Om een uitbetaling aan te vragen, moeten spelers het bedrag invoeren dat ze willen opnemen, maar onze tester ontving alleen een pop-upbericht met de melding dat haar uitbetalingsverzoek "hoger was dan het opnamesaldo".

Omdat de gebruikelijke aanpak niet hielp, vroeg een medewerker van het casino aan Bubbles12 om een lager bedrag aan te vragen en het met €300 te proberen, of de uitbetaling zelfs in tweeën te delen!
Niets werkte. Zelfs niet voor de vijfde keer in- en uitloggen of een screenshot naar het casino sturen.
De bezorgdheid van onze tester dat hij werd opgelicht, werd groter toen de medewerker zei dat hij geen e-mail had ontvangen, maar het probleem had doorgestuurd naar de boekhoudafdeling.
Het opnameverzoek van € 310 van onze tester werd voor het eerst ingediend op vrijdag 25 februari 2022.
Nadat ze totaal verwaarloosd was door de klantenservice van het casino, probeerde onze speler op 28 februari 2022 haar geld op te nemen, maar ze liep opnieuw tegen het terugkerende probleem met de ladende kassier aan.
Op 2, 8 en 18 maart 2022 probeerde ze het geld opnieuw op te nemen, maar de agenten bleven haar de gebruikelijke excuses vertellen, zoals: "het team is ermee bezig" en "reset je browser, wis de geschiedenis en probeer het opnieuw."
Na dat gesprek volgden geen verdere antwoorden die het probleem met de kassier zouden oplossen. Haar uitbetaling is nog steeds niet ontvangen, of erger nog, wordt niet verwerkt door het casino. Het is meer dan 60 dagen geleden sinds haar eerste poging.
UPDATE: Nadat we via LCB contact hadden opgenomen met de vertegenwoordiger van het casino, ontving onze tester op 9 mei een e-mail van het casino met excuses voor de vertraging in de uitbetaling en het verzoek om een bijgewerkt Bitcoin-adres naar de supportafdeling te sturen. Nadat we het adres hadden opgegeven zoals gevraagd, ontving de tester het geld op 10 mei, ter waarde van 0,009399 BTC.
CONCLUSIE
Zoals ons rapport laat zien, werkt registreren, storten en spelen bij GoldenLady Casino prima. Een uitbetaling aanvragen bij deze plek is echter een heel ander verhaal.
