Our tester registered on December 15, 2022. She also verified her identity immediately to avoid potential delays during withdrawal time. The documents she submitted include an image of her passport, a selfie where she holds the document, and the utility bill.
Deposit
Following quick and simple registration, she decided to fund the account. The tester wanted to deposit EUR 200 in Bitcoin. When she entered the desired sum, the cashier displayed EUR 198, because Koi Casino charges fees on deposits.
A couple of minutes later, the sum in the cashier increased to EUR 391.06. A bonus was added to her account automatically. The tester wasn’t interested in handling wagering requirements for a bonus, so she asked the live chat support to remove it. She even canceled the offer in the “Bonus” section.
After the bonus was canceled, the balance amounted to EUR 195.53. The amount was even smaller than the one before the bonus was added. This meant that either the exchange rate is not correctly stated in the cashier or the casino doesn’t guarantee the stated exchange rate.
Cards, e-wallets, and a variety of cryptocurrencies are available for deposits. The accepted currencies include EUR, CAD, INR, NZD, NOK, YEN, USD, and KR. The minimum deposit amount is EUR 20.
Gameplay

Withdrawal
Having explored multiple games, the tester made a request to withdraw EUR 50 on December 15, 2022. A fee of EUR 5.5 was removed from her account, decreasing the requested amount to EUR 44.5. A minute later, a notification arrived confirming that her request was accepted. The request was approved a couple of hours later, after which the tester received the money.
The minimum amount to withdraw is EUR 20, while the maximum amounts to EUR 10,000 per day. Processing time is up to 5 working days.
All deposits need to be wagered once before a withdrawal is possible. Fees are charged on both deposits and withdrawals. The verification is needed in case the cumulative withdrawals reach EUR 2,000.
Conclusion
The entire process from registration to withdrawal completion was finalized within a couple of hours, which confirms that Koi Casino is extremely efficient in processing transactions. However, the fact that fees are imposed on both deposits and withdrawals is a drawback.

Conclusie
