Registration

Gameplay
Having successfully deposited funds to his account the tester began exploring the casino’s slot repertoire. He started things off with Rabid Randy Dark Trails by NetEnt but unfortunately didn’t score any wins.
He then took a few other titles for a spin, but his luck didn’t change until he loaded Andvari the Golden Fish. Having triggered the Free Spins feature for a total win of $55.60 followed by another free spins round for a total win of $35.40, it seemed like Lady Luck was smiling upon him.
However when he took another barrage of slots for a test drive, he once again managed to score no noteworthy wins, until Chicken Night Fever that is. Just a few spins in, he managed to land a hefty Super Win of $50.80.
From here he checked out a few different games before going back to Chicken Night Fever once again, with which he concluded his playthrough.
Withdrawal
With $50.04 available in his account it was time to put the withdrawal process to the test. The tester figured he’d opt for the same crypto he used to deposit - Bitcoin.
He entered the withdrawal amount and his wallet address but was notified that his address was invalid. Repeating the process didn’t help either as the outcome was the same each time - invalid wallet address.
Hoping to get his issue resolved quickly, the tester contacted the customer support. The agent advised him to re-enter his wallet address and withdrawal amount carefully, or, in case that didn’t work, to try using a different method.
Having his mind set on BTC, the tester inquired about the reason why the transaction was being blocked, wondering if it had something to do with the BTC market conditions at the time, stating his dissatisfaction.
The agent let our tester know he would check out why the BTC wasn’t working for him and to wait 5-7 minutes, which the tester declined. Instead, the tester decided to withdraw using USDT.
Conclusion
All in all, our tester’s experience at Minebit casino was somewhat of a mixed bag. For instance, the registration process is as easy as it gets, depositing funds was effortless and funds arrived almost immediately.
On the other hand, the website was slow and clunky. Saving personal information took multiple attempts due to information not being saved.
Of course, there’s also the elephant in the room — Bitcoin withdrawals not working as intended, which left a sour taste in our tester’s mouth.

Hij voerde het opnamebedrag en zijn walletadres in, maar kreeg de melding dat zijn adres ongeldig was. Het herhalen van het proces hielp ook niet, want het resultaat was telkens hetzelfde: ongeldig walletadres.
In de hoop dat zijn probleem snel opgelost zou zijn, nam de tester contact op met de klantenservice. De medewerker adviseerde hem om zijn walletadres en het opnamebedrag zorgvuldig opnieuw in te voeren, of, als dat niet werkte, een andere methode te proberen.
De tester, die zijn zinnen op BTC had gezet, vroeg naar de reden waarom de transactie werd geblokkeerd. Hij vroeg zich af of het iets te maken had met de BTC-marktomstandigheden van dat moment en uitte zijn ontevredenheid.
De medewerker liet onze tester weten dat hij zou onderzoeken waarom de BTC-transactie niet werkte en dat hij 5-7 minuten moest wachten, wat de tester weigerde. In plaats daarvan besloot de tester om zijn geld op te nemen met USDT.
Conclusie
Al met al was de ervaring van onze tester bij Minebit Casino een beetje wisselvallig. Zo is het registratieproces zo eenvoudig als maar kan, ging het storten van geld moeiteloos en stond het geld vrijwel direct op de rekening.
Daarentegen was de website traag en onhandig. Het opslaan van persoonlijke gegevens kostte meerdere pogingen omdat de informatie niet werd opgeslagen.
Uiteraard is er ook nog het olifant in de kamer: Bitcoin-opnames werken niet zoals bedoeld, wat een nare nasmaak achterliet bij onze tester.
