Punakontti probeerde op vrijdag 10 maart 2023 € 50 op te nemen via een bankoverschrijving. Deze betaaloptie was voor hem de enige uitbetalingsoptie, omdat uitgaande transacties met Bitcoin terug naar Skrill in zijn geval niet waren toegestaan.
Zelfs na vele chats en e-mails met het casino over zijn vertraagde uitbetaling, ontving Punakontti nooit een fatsoenlijk antwoord.
