You can purchase shop items only with your earned LCB cash. LCB cash can be earned by being active here at LCB, daily login, post, comments, rate etc.

Maybe this will answer your question. If you really did read the terms you should knew this rule.
8. All NEW members will not be allowed to claim any e-wallet ( Skrill, Paypal, Neteller), Bitcoin, PokerStars, Kiva, Amazon or branded items (T-Shirt, Mug etc), for the first 3 months of their membership.
After this period ends they will be allowed to claim these items but not for the accumulated LCB chips earned for the first 3 months of their membership. This means members will be allowed to redeem these cash items only from the newly earned LCB chips.Misschien beantwoordt dit uw vraag. Als je de voorwaarden echt hebt gelezen, zou je deze regel moeten kennen.
8. Alle NIEUWE leden mogen gedurende de eerste 3 maanden van hun lidmaatschap geen e-wallet (Skrill, Paypal, Neteller), Bitcoin, PokerStars, Kiva, Amazon of merkartikelen (T-shirt, mok enz.) claimen .

I assume you already have an account with Skrill ? If you successfully bought the Skrill cash from the shop, you will receive it after 48 hours.
