Hi Guys,Can someone please tell me why it takes so long for at least 4 well known Playtech casino's to pay out a simple 20% cash back promotion, please tell me if I am being unreasonable?? It is now after 1pm their time so nearly 10.30pm here and online support are still awaiting the listing of names of those who have qualified for the promo........ They tell me that I need to wait until 1.00am at least before I should ask again. It is extremely frustrating as it is up to the individual to contact them to make the claim for the cash back. If I was to go to sleep like normal people are at 1am in the morning would I be credited automatically??????

Kan iemand mij vertellen waarom het zo lang duurt voordat tenminste 4 bekende Playtech casino's een simpele 20% cash back promotie uitbetalen. Vertel mij alstublieft of ik onredelijk ben? Het is nu na 13.00 uur, dus bijna 22.30 uur hier en de online ondersteuning wacht nog steeds op de lijst met namen van degenen die zich hebben gekwalificeerd voor de promo...... Ze vertellen me dat ik moet wachten tot 01.00 uur om tenminste voordat ik het opnieuw zou vragen. Het is buitengewoon frustrerend omdat het aan de persoon is om contact met hen op te nemen om de claim voor geld terug te maken. Als ik om 1 uur 's ochtends zou gaan slapen zoals normale mensen, zou ik dan automatisch worden gecrediteerd?????

sorry to say this out of topic maybe, but i never know what casinos have cashbacks! i deposited 3 times at Go Wild and they do not offer cashbacks, I deposited at red flush they offer but since i deposited once they said to me i do not have cashbacks... i didnt try playtech for cashbacks, also most of times the cashbacks u recieve as far as i see are bonuses, not real money, u need to wagger.

Sorry dat ik dit misschien buiten het onderwerp zeg, maar ik weet nooit welke casino's cashbacks hebben! ik heb 3 keer gestort bij Go Wild en ze bieden geen cashbacks, ik heb gestort bij red flush die ze aanbieden, maar sinds ik stortte zodra ze tegen me zeiden dat ik geen cashbacks heb... ik heb playtech niet geprobeerd voor cashbacks, meestal ook de Cashbacks die u ontvangt, voor zover ik zie, zijn bonussen, geen echt geld, u moet gokken.
