No I haven't received any emails regarding that at least not yet if this is something they started to doing...
I've had many accounts at Vegas Partner Lounge casinos but now they moved us, USA players to only at Casinous USA which separates us and all other players so I am not sure what this could mean...I have also cashed out from them twice and never had to answer any of those questions...unless I am thinking, it might be those who have tried to use information not match with an original sign up.

Ik heb veel accounts gehad bij Vegas Partner Lounge-casino's, maar nu hebben ze ons, Amerikaanse spelers, verplaatst naar alleen bij Casinous USA, wat ons en alle andere spelers scheidt, dus ik weet niet zeker wat dit zou kunnen betekenen...Ik heb ook van hen uitbetaald twee keer en heb nooit een van deze vragen hoeven beantwoorden... tenzij ik denk dat het misschien degenen zijn die hebben geprobeerd informatie te gebruiken die niet overeenkomt met een originele aanmelding.
