Ik heb zojuist een chip voor 7 euro gekocht in de winkel van Casino Slotland, maar deze wordt niet bijgeschreven in het casino!
Als ik hier naar mijn rekening ga, wordt de 7 euro afgeschreven van de winkel.
Wat ging er mis?
Kan iemand mij helpen??

Es kann bis zu zwei Tage dauern, bis dein Einkauf im Shop an das Casino übermittelt wird. Bitte melde dich bei mir, wenn es drei Werktage nach dem Kauf noch nicht gutgeschrieben wurde.

Het kan tot twee dagen duren voordat uw aankoop in de winkel naar het casino wordt verzonden. Neem contact met mij op als het drie werkdagen na aankoop nog niet is bijgeschreven.

Wie bereits richtig darüber informiert wurde musst du dich da jeweils etwas gedulden, weil das ist kein instant Webshop wo alles direkt automatisch gutgeschrieben wird ;)

Zoals al correct geïnformeerd moet je even geduld hebben want dit is geen instant webshop waar alles direct en automatisch wordt bijgeschreven ;)

As was already correctly informed, you have to be patient because this is not an instant webshop where everything is credited directly and automatically ;)
