hello all,(i hope this is the right place to post) i was wondering if anyone has had this happen? i attempted a deposit, which timed out. i did not receive a confirmation, email or anything like that, there also was no balance in my account afterwards. i checked my bank statement though and the charge is pending. i called the bank to confirm and they said that the charge did indeed go through and unless the casino ends up cancelling that charge for some reason, i would have to file a dispute. has anyone had something like this happen and if so, did you get the money back? i spoke with live chat, who only said that on their end, the charge did not go through and to contact them with documentation of the charge. thanks in advance!

(ik hoop dat dit de juiste plek is om te posten) Ik vroeg me af of iemand dit ook heeft meegemaakt? Ik heb geprobeerd een storting te doen, maar er is een time-out opgetreden. ik heb geen bevestiging, mail of iets dergelijks ontvangen, ook stond er achteraf geen saldo op mijn rekening. Ik heb echter mijn bankafschrift gecontroleerd en de afschrijving is in behandeling. Ik belde de bank om dit te bevestigen en zij zeiden dat de afschrijving inderdaad doorging en tenzij het casino die afschrijving om de een of andere reden annuleert, zou ik een geschil moeten indienen. Heeft iemand zoiets meegemaakt en zo ja, heb je het geld terug gekregen? Ik sprak met livechat, die alleen zei dat de aanklacht aan hun kant niet doorging en om contact met hen op te nemen met documentatie van de aanklacht. bij voorbaat bedankt!

Someone had one go through twice but only one went through in the end but it was pending for some time. I would wait a couple of days to see what happens as it may not actually go through at all. If it changes to cleared or paid (whichever is the appropriate word here) on your bank account, that is when I would chase it up with the casino.

Ik zou een paar dagen wachten om te zien wat er gebeurt, omdat het misschien helemaal niet doorgaat. I had it happen only once and as Blueday mentioned I had to wait until it was cleared...after it cleared I sent a copy of my bank statement to the casino and was credited money to my account, although by that time I didn't want to play that casino anymore and wanted my money back on my card! lol
