Hi all, i did do my first deposit there last saturday. they promise you a 100% bonus. i don't got this bonus automaticall. so i did send an email, they only have an emaboutil support in their website. no phonenumbers and livechat. they are in the same gruop with betway.so i did send 2 emails about the bonus at saturday = no answer. yesterday i did sent too an email at betway and gnuf biz. a very nice person called Marcus did answer and did say that he add the bonus in my account. if i go to mygnuf i can see it in the Bonus section, but there is not a possibility to transfer it in my casino or poker account. i did send them again an email about my problem, but again no answer at this time. i dont know if the slow support there is usual? if i did search in google with the adress from them i found this phonenumber from them:Canada: 1-866-793-1904 (Toll-Free)UK: 0-808-234-1541 (Toll-Free)France: 0-800-180-2344 (Toll-Free)Germany: 0-800-180-2344 (Toll-Free)but is not showing in their website!?! if i tried to call them, there aren't someone to speak.i dont know what i have to think about this?greetings josie

Hallo allemaal, ik heb daar afgelopen zaterdag mijn eerste storting gedaan. ze beloven je een bonus van 100%. Ik krijg deze bonus niet automatisch. dus ik heb een e-mail gestuurd, ze hebben alleen emaboutil-ondersteuning op hun website. geen telefoonnummers en livechat. ze zitten in dezelfde groep als Betway.
dus ik heb zaterdag 2 e-mails over de bonus gestuurd = geen antwoord. gisteren heb ik ook een e-mail gestuurd naar betway en gnuf biz. een heel aardig persoon genaamd Marcus antwoordde en zei dat hij de bonus aan mijn account had toegevoegd. als ik naar mygnuf ga, kan ik het zien in de Bonussectie, maar er is geen mogelijkheid om het over te zetten naar mijn casino- of pokeraccount. Ik heb ze opnieuw een e-mail gestuurd over mijn probleem, maar opnieuw geen antwoord op dit moment. ik weet niet of de trage ondersteuning daar gebruikelijk is? als ik in Google zocht met het adres van hen, vond ik dit telefoonnummer van hen: Canada: 1-866-793-1904 (gratis)

i agree it sounds strange. i dont know about gnuff and didnt know they are in the same group as betway, i have been registered for years and deposited alot at betway though and they always have nice and fast suport. hope it get sorted out.

Ik ben het ermee eens dat het vreemd klinkt. ik weet niets van gnuff en wist niet dat ze in dezelfde groep zitten als betway, ik ben al jaren geregistreerd en heb veel gestort bij betway en ze hebben altijd goede en snelle ondersteuning. hoop dat het opgelost wordt.
