Really weird, I was there 0:01 on the dot but I couldn't get the spins. It's either for depositors (it's been a while since) or they just went super quick.
Echt raar, ik was er precies om 0:01 uur, maar ik kon de spins niet krijgen. Het is óf voor spaarders (het is alweer een tijdje geleden) óf ze gingen gewoon supersnel.

Nope this will be a problem on there part, it is the correct code, unless you can think of anything else, but it is extremely obvious that it is "kong". This is a fault on ladbrokes part.
Nee, dit zal een probleem zijn, het is de juiste code, tenzij je iets anders kunt bedenken, maar het is uiterst duidelijk dat het "kong" is. Dit is een fout van ladbrokes.

It is GMT +1 for some reason.. i just spoke with support. That is really annoying as it specifically says GMT 00.01 on the promo page
Om de een of andere reden is het GMT +1. Ik heb net met ondersteuning gesproken. Dat is echt vervelend omdat er specifiek GMT 00.01 op de promopagina staat

Well if you read the promotion it said 00:01 so going by what the support told me it is 01:01 ( one minute past one)
Als je de promotie leest, staat er 00:01, dus uitgaande van wat de support mij vertelde is het 01:01 (één minuut over één)

3 times contacting the support team,they say i should cntact them again after 10 minutes on the first ,second time is also the same i contact them after another 10 minutes on the third times and they say 1000 people already claim the bonus....so in the end i never get the kong free spin..
3 keer contact opnemen met het ondersteuningsteam, ze zeggen dat ik ze de eerste keer na 10 minuten opnieuw moet contacteren, de tweede keer is ook hetzelfde, ik neem na nog eens 10 minuten contact met ze op de derde keer en ze zeggen dat 1000 mensen de bonus al claimen... .dus uiteindelijk krijg ik nooit de Kong Free Spin..
