tried the no deposit bonus of of a cd they send me in the snail mail. Ran through the playthrough, and had around 250 which they deducted everything except the 50 dollars. talked to support, they said i could cash out, so i filled out the required forms and copied my DL as well as a cell phone bill with my address. they approved the cashout on may 18th. still no check, and when i talk to CS today, phillip tells me i cant cash out, i didnt meet the terms. i dont understand the point of whore these bonuses, its obvious they dont pay out even if you beat them, and play through 2000 dollars on 50 dollars worth of chips. heb de bonus zonder storting geprobeerd van een cd die ze me per post hebben gestuurd. Ik heb de playthrough doorlopen en had ongeveer 250 waarvan ze alles aftrokken behalve de 50 dollar. Ik heb met ondersteuning gesproken, ze zeiden dat ik kon uitbetalen, dus vulde ik de vereiste formulieren in en kopieerde mijn DL en een mobiele telefoonrekening met mijn adres. zij keurden de uitbetaling op 18 mei goed. nog steeds geen cheque, en als ik vandaag met CS praat, vertelt Phillip me dat ik niet kan uitbetalen, ik heb niet aan de voorwaarden voldaan.
