I am in need of technical help.

When I attempt to use the top game installer (for any top game casino) for download casinos, installation stops at 10% progress and I receive the following error message:

Windows Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information

Here's my system info:

HP Pavilion a1220n,
Microsoft Windows XP
Home Edition
version 2002
Service pack 3
Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.93GHz

I did Download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package, it didn't help.

If anyone had this same problem and has a solution (or any ideas of possible solutions), please let me know. I did contact top game (Rome Casino) support, haven't heard back as of this writing.

Ik heb technische hulp nodig.

Wanneer ik probeer het topgame-installatieprogramma (voor elk topgamecasino) te gebruiken voor downloadcasino's, stopt de installatie bij een voortgang van 10% en ontvang ik de volgende foutmelding:

Als iemand hetzelfde probleem heeft gehad en een oplossing heeft (of ideeën heeft voor mogelijke oplossingen), laat het me dan weten. Ik heb contact opgenomen met de ondersteuning van topspellen (Rome Casino), maar op het moment van schrijven heb ik nog niets gehoord.

first off perhaps you shouldnt play at Rome Casino as LCB has a warning about them for slow payouts.

re download/installation issue, im not a computer geek but did you try to turn off your anti-virus/firewall?

Ten eerste moet je misschien niet bij Rome Casino spelen, omdat LCB een waarschuwing heeft voor langzame uitbetalingen.

Opnieuw download-/installatieprobleem, ik ben geen computernerd, maar heb je geprobeerd je antivirusprogramma/firewall uit te schakelen?

Can't find anything specifically about Top Game, however, the "turn off your anti-virus/firewall" was suggested on other software and it worked.

I suggest you read the review of the casino you want to download HERE before depositing. 9 out of 20 carry a warning as CBG already said.

Also, your topic will be moved to casinos as it is a casino related question.

Ik kan niets specifieks vinden over Top Game, maar de optie "zet je antivirus/firewall uit" werd voorgesteld in andere software en het werkte.

Ik raad u aan de recensie van het casino dat u wilt downloaden HIER te lezen voordat u een storting doet. 9 van de 20 dragen een waarschuwing, zoals CBG al zei.

Uw onderwerp wordt ook verplaatst naar casino's, omdat het een casinogerelateerde vraag is.

Agree here with CBG. Maybe the error is a blessing in disguise.

I gave up on this casino a long time ago with too many hassles. Take the posters and lcb's advice buddy you are better off.

Ik heb dit casino lang geleden opgegeven met te veel gedoe. Neem de posters en het advies van LCB, maatje, je bent beter af.
