I just have a burning question with regards to most RTG casinos.
What I have noticed is that as soon as one's account is verified and you are able to withdraw, all bonuses usually fall away.
- Upon creating a new account, players are constantly enticed to deposit and play and bonuses are available in abundance.
- Once you make your 1st withdrawal and pass KYC, all bonuses are gone.
The casinos usually use a standard excuse that we provide bonuses to players that have a tough luck winning.
This is very concerning that casinos continously take money from players and entice players with bonuses knowing that they cannot withdraw and once they pass KYC, only real money deposits available without any bonuses.
Are there any industry experts here that could shed some light.
This is a psychological dilemma, these RTG casinos make the KYC process so tiresome that once passed you want to continue depositing and playing there without going through the same process at another casino.
I am just tired of casinos like Sloto Cash, Ozwin, Grande Vegas, Play croco and Fair Go casino that manipulate terms and was wondering if there is any regulatory board that could review these unfair practices.

Ik heb een dringende vraag over de meeste RTG-casino's.
Wat me is opgevallen, is dat zodra iemands account is geverifieerd en je geld kunt opnemen, alle bonussen meestal verdwijnen.
Bij het aanmaken van een nieuw account worden spelers voortdurend aangemoedigd om te storten en te spelen, en er zijn talloze bonussen beschikbaar.
- Zodra je je eerste opname doet en de KYC-procedure hebt doorlopen, vervallen alle bonussen.
De casino's gebruiken meestal het standaard excuus dat ze bonussen geven aan spelers die gewoon pech hebben met winnen.
Het is zeer zorgwekkend dat casino's voortdurend geld van spelers afnemen en hen lokken met bonussen, terwijl ze weten dat ze het geld niet kunnen opnemen en dat na het doorlopen van de KYC-procedure alleen nog stortingen met echt geld mogelijk zijn, zonder bonussen.
Zijn er hier experts uit de branche die hier wat meer duidelijkheid over kunnen geven?
Dit is een psychologisch dilemma: deze RTG-casino's maken het KYC-proces zo omslachtig dat je, zodra je het hebt doorlopen, er wilt blijven storten en spelen zonder hetzelfde proces bij een ander casino te hoeven doorlopen.
Ik ben het zat dat casino's zoals Sloto Cash, Ozwin, Grande Vegas, Play Croco en Fair Go Casino de voorwaarden manipuleren en ik vroeg me af of er een toezichthoudende instantie is die deze oneerlijke praktijken kan beoordelen.
