I saw a promotion, wager £10 on a certain slot everyday and get £5 bonus max for each day the following next week. Please bare in mind I started at 11.20PM and finished at 2AM .First played for the promotion, when wagered I started playing elsewhere till 12.15AM.Went back to the promotion and played another £10 wager as it was the next and checked T&C'sFirst day £5 bonus, tySecond day no bonus so I call staff. After looking into my history they say they can not give me the bonus because I played ONE session so u can only have £5 instead of £10.They said its like I was going into a cash machine at 11.59 to take out 300 , then wait till 12.01 to take out another 300.I told him u make me sound like a criminal with that example. If the bank allows u to do that then so be it , it is your cash.As for your excuse, where does it say that in the T&C's . What If I started at 11.20.PM and played for a solid straight 8 hours, lost or won 1k then logged out. U would not give me a 2x £5 bonus?Technically speaking no because u played u still played one session sir.Oh I see, so if I logged and back in again after 12AM I would of claimed 2x £5 ?Yes.But is that not the example u gave a 2 minutes ago about withdrawing £300 from the cash machine?Er yeah but no butWhere does it say in the T&C's about this?We can not give u the bonus sir.With that I was so pi**ed off I closed my account there and then. Ik zag een promotie, zet elke dag € 10 in op een bepaald slot en ontvang de volgende week maximaal € 5 bonus voor elke dag.
Houd er rekening mee dat ik om 23.20 uur begon en om 02.00 uur klaar was.
Eerst gespeeld voor de promotie, toen ik gokte, begon ik tot 12.15 uur elders te spelen.
Ging terug naar de promotie en speelde nog een weddenschap van £ 10, aangezien het de volgende was, en controleerde de algemene voorwaarden

Eerste dag £ 5 bonus, ty
Tweede dag geen bonus, dus ik bel personeel. Na in mijn geschiedenis te hebben gekeken, zeggen ze dat ze mij de bonus niet kunnen geven omdat ik EEN sessie heb gespeeld, dus je kunt maar £ 5 krijgen in plaats van £ 10.

Ze zeiden dat het was alsof ik om 11.59 uur naar een geldautomaat ging om er 300 op te nemen, en dan tot 12.01 uur te wachten om nog eens 300 op te nemen.

Ik zei tegen hem dat je me met dat voorbeeld als een crimineel laat klinken. Als de bank u dat toestaat, dan zij het zo: het is uw geld.

Wat betreft uw excuus, waar staat dat in de algemene voorwaarden? Wat als ik om 23.20 uur begon en 8 uur achter elkaar speelde, 1k verloor of won en vervolgens uitlogde. U zou mij geen 2x £ 5 bonus geven?

So the terms and conditions don't indicate that the bonus is based on a session per day? And by session you would have been required to log out? I would be a bit upset too if that were the case.

Dus in de voorwaarden staat niet dat de bonus gebaseerd is op een sessie per dag? En per sessie zou u moeten uitloggen? Ik zou ook een beetje boos zijn als dat zo zou zijn.
