As a avid Poli user, I explained not only once, but twice to the online team how I registered my brother's card to claim the $10 card registration bonus thru Virtual City Casino, they assured me it would all still go ahead under my account. I waited and i checked and i waited and i checked, 3 times I asked for conformation it was still going ahead and kept getting " within the next 2hours" finally after 1 and a half hours of waiting and checking, i aske again. Finally got someone that told me it wouldn't because of credit card being in a different name. Why could I not have been told this initially?? god knows?? come on casino reward casinos and personnel!! lift your game, everything seems to be slow and drawn out!! very disgruntled!!tvcr0109331472

Als fervent Poli-gebruiker legde ik niet slechts één, maar twee keer aan het online team uit hoe ik de kaart van mijn broer registreerde om de kaartregistratiebonus van $ 10 te claimen via Virtual City Casino. Zij verzekerden mij dat het allemaal nog steeds zou doorgaan onder mijn account. Ik wachtte en ik controleerde en ik wachtte en ik controleerde, 3 keer vroeg ik om conformatie, het ging nog steeds door en kreeg steeds "binnen de volgende 2 uur" eindelijk na anderhalf uur wachten en controleren, vroeg ik het opnieuw.
