I have the same problem; in my case, it's €355. The support consists entirely of AI, and you constantly get the same answers. I've been waiting for a very long time now, and I've already received a withdrawal before, which went smoothly. Now they're saying they have such a high volume of withdrawals that it's taking so long. I find this kind of behavior from a casino very disappointing and recommend everyone avoid it.

I hope to get some help here, like the thread starter.

Hello nercore,

Welcome to LCB, and thank you for sharing your experience with our members.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with withdrawal. We understand how frustrating it can be when a withdrawal remains in the "processing" status for an extended period, particularly if your previous withdrawal was completed without any problems.

To help us review your case, could you please reach out to us via private message and provide the following information:

• Your Evolve Bets casino username.
• The date you submitted the withdrawal request.
• Whether your account is fully verified and if the casino has requested any additional documents.

Once we have these details, we will be happy to look into your case further and provide further assistance.

One payout has already been made, but the 150 were cancelled, so I initiated another payout there.

Hello nercore,

Thank you for providing us with additional details.

Please note that we will reach out to the casino in order to get more information regarding your withdrawal, so we kindly ask you to follow this thread for further updates.

In the meantime, your patience is highly appreciated.

Ja das werde ich tun vielen dank

Yes, I will do that, thank you very much.

As of now, a payout was requested again on August 4th and today, August 7th, the payout is still being processed; 48 hours will have passed again.

Hello nercore,

We have not yet received a response from the casino representative, so we’ve sent another follow-up.

We kindly ask you to follow this thread for new information and get back to us if you receive any.

Thank you for your patience.

Hello nercore,

We are still awaiting a response from the casino representative and have sent a follow-up request.

Please let us know if there are any news from your side.

Thanks!

As I said, the casino has cancelled the payment twice now, and it's about €250.50. The operator keeps claiming that their payout volume is supposedly that high. But the website explicitly states payouts within 48 hours, which is simply unacceptable for a casino. I requested another payout of €250.50 on August 11th. Nothing has happened yet... very disappointing.
