I have deposited via BTC towards instant casino. This has been the 2nd deposit. The 1st one I did was also not added to my account, but after raising this issue by them, it was added like 2 to 3 hours later.
The 2nd deposit is now missing since saturday and apparently they are still looking in to this. But I mean how can that be, if you can find the first one in only a couple of hours? It was sent via the same btc wallet to the same receiver, so how hard can it be?
Can you guys pls escalate?

Hallo, ik heb via BTC gestort op Instant Casino. Dit was mijn tweede storting. De eerste storting die ik deed, werd ook niet aan mijn account toegevoegd, maar nadat ik dit probleem bij hen had aangekaart, werd het na zo'n 2 tot 3 uur wel toegevoegd. De tweede storting is nu sinds zaterdag verdwenen en blijkbaar zijn ze er nog steeds mee bezig. Maar hoe kan dat nou, als je de eerste storting binnen een paar uur kunt vinden? Die is via dezelfde BTC-wallet naar dezelfde ontvanger verzonden, dus hoe moeilijk kan dat zijn? Kunnen jullie alsjeblieft de betaling escaleren?
