When I contacted support and asked why, they said it was because of fees and taxes that my jurisdiction charged me (see below). What a coincidence that the "Fees And Taxes" were exactly the amount that I won, such that the withdrawal amount was the same as the deposit amount. You can see the discrepancy in the amount I withdrew from the casino (0.00186914 BTC) and the amount I received (0.00146914 BTC). I would like the additional $USD18 sent to my bitcoin address where the withdrawal of the deposit was sent.
