Several days ago I won $50 on a ndb. I met playthrough . They of course pulled the kyc card. I sent them my bank statement and 5 copies of me holding my license. Thry respond back a day later they need ANOTHER picture of me holding my license. So i sent 5 more all very clear photos. Now nothing, several days they refuse to answer emails and I still cant withdrawal my $50 because I need to kyc..this is such a scam!!!

Een paar dagen geleden won ik $ 50 op een ndb. Ik ontmoette playthrough. Ze trokken natuurlijk de kyc-kaart. Ik stuurde ze mijn bankafschrift en 5 kopieën van mij met mijn rijbewijs. Ze reageerden een dag later en ze wilden NOG EEN foto van mij met mijn rijbewijs. Dus stuurde ik nog 5 foto's, allemaal heel duidelijke foto's. Nu niets, een paar dagen lang weigeren ze e-mails te beantwoorden en ik kan mijn $ 50 nog steeds niet opnemen omdat ik kyc moet doen.. dit is zo'n oplichterij!!!

The problem is they keep resetting the clock saying I have submitted images that dont meet their standards. My photos are PERFECTLY CLEAR PERFECT! I SENT TEN YES 10 PHOTOS SO THEY COULDNT COME BACK WITH THIS CRAP..BUT GUESS WHAT??? THEY EMAILED ME 20 MIN AGO THAT THRY CANT MAKE OUT MY IMAGE@!! COME ON THIS SITE IS A SCAM PERIOD..THIEVES
Het probleem is dat ze de klok blijven resetten en zeggen dat ik afbeeldingen heb ingediend die niet aan hun normen voldoen. Mijn foto's zijn PERFECT DUIDELIJK PERFECT! IK HEB TIEN JA 10 FOTO'S GESTUURD, DUS ZE KUNNEN NIET MET DEZE ONZIN TERUGKOMEN..MAAR RAAD EENS??? ZE HEBBEN ME 20 MIN GELEDEN GEMAILD DAT ZE MIJN AFBEELDING NIET KUNNEN ZIEN@!! I have followed everything they asked and they posted on lcb to contact them directly after I resubmit my photos. I did contact management twice and NOTHING!!! SO NOW WHAT???
