Ik heb de hulp gemaild en kreeg ook antwoord, maar er is geen oplossing.
In de antwoord-e-mail stond dat ik al geld kon opnemen, maar dat kon niet. Ik heb ze opnieuw gemaild, maar er is geen antwoord meer.
Als iemand van VIP Room Casino dit leest, help dan alstublieft.

We got an update from the casino that the problem was due to some Platform provider issues. They informed us that they contacted you and the problem with your withdrawal was resolved. Could you please confirm that?

We've reminded them but not a word since yesterday. We'll keep on trying and get back to you. Sorry to hear that they haven't resolved it yet. Hope it will be sorted out soon.

Since it's Easter holiday most of the casino reps don't work. We should be more patient and wait until next week and I'm sure they will get back to us.
Omdat het paasvakantie is, werken de meeste casinovertegenwoordigers niet. We moeten geduldiger zijn en wachten tot volgende week. Ik ben er zeker van dat ze contact met ons opnemen.

Update: I got my withdrawal but not the amount that I should get. I won about 99 eur and then when I sent them emails about my problems then my bonus of 25 eur was taken away which leave me to 74 eur. Then I make my withdrawal today and of 75 (I dont know why my balance got 1 dollar more), I got the money not long but it was only 50 eur. Well.. Maybe their finance thought my 74 eur still has bonus in it? I emailed them and will give update :)
Update: ik heb mijn opname ontvangen, maar niet het bedrag dat ik zou moeten krijgen. Ik won ongeveer 99 euro en toen ik ze e-mails stuurde over mijn problemen, werd mijn bonus van 25 euro weggenomen, waardoor ik 74 euro overhield. Dan maak ik vandaag mijn opname en van 75 (ik weet niet waarom mijn saldo 1 dollar meer kreeg), kreeg ik het geld niet lang, maar het was slechts 50 euro. Nou.. Misschien dachten hun financiën dat er nog steeds een bonus in mijn 74 euro zit? Ik heb ze gemaild en zal een update geven :)

So i got my winning in full.
