Ok I have no idea who to address this to. The issue I am having over and over is a GPS location error some online casinos make and then I cannot sign up on the casino site. The situation is this. I live in Virginia on the eastern shore near the Maryland boarder. There are some online casino that do not accept players from Washington D.C. These online casinos must use the GPS location of the customer's internet service and not the real time GPS true physical location of the internet user. SO because my internet connection is frequently out of Washington, D.C. I am blocked from using all casinos that restrict customers from Washington, D.C. And even when I change the internet provider to a Virginia location the GPS Location program these casinos use is not sensitive enough to identify that the connection is not out of Washington, D.C.
I would like to know if anyone else in Virginia has experienced this issue and if they found a way to fix it. Or maybe some Tech person on LCB has a solution??
