    I have a problem...

    I have just created my acc with number: GLR110229582 and logged in to the casino. I also aked a support on the livechat about my welcome bonus amounts to GBP 10 and one of their staff said that I have to make a deposit in order to get the bonus... It's very strange and weird couse they have the prom on their main stie with description: "No deposit required". Please also note I have add and registered my credit card with accordance to the T&C.
