I was placed in the restrictive bonus or limited bonus player and therefore I was not eligible to play any tournament there. Recently and prior to my last cash out at Slotocash, I made all deposits without the bonus to just play the tournaments. I hope a Slotocash Rep will help me on this issue. I'm ok with the restriction of the bonus, I don't want any of that, but I just want to be set so I am eligible to play tournaments there.

Ik probeer niet een oud topic omhoog te schoppen. Maar heeft iemand TAAADAAA gezien? Ik heb gemerkt dat hij sinds maart niet meer actief is.

I experienced the same problem with slotocash: I deposited without any bonus and played only tournaments. After a withdrawal, and after I also wasn't no more eligible to play tournaments. I contacted the slotocash rep about this but I am curious to know how does it end for TAAADAAA, if the problem has been solved or not, and how? I think this way of playing respects their terms and conditions. I only play RTG casino tournaments so I am very disappointed because there will be only one casino left in which I can play RTG casino tournament in France if I can not play tournaments in Slotocash and Uptown Aces (my situation in Uptown Aces is the same...)
Ik ondervond hetzelfde probleem met slotocash: ik stortte zonder enige bonus en speelde alleen toernooien. Na een terugtrekking, en nadat ik ook niet meer in aanmerking kwam om toernooien te spelen. Ik heb hierover contact opgenomen met de slotocash-vertegenwoordiger, maar ik ben benieuwd hoe het afloopt voor TAAADAAA, of het probleem is opgelost of niet, en hoe? Ik denk dat deze manier van spelen hun algemene voorwaarden respecteert. Ik speel alleen RTG-casinotoernooien, dus ik ben erg teleurgesteld, want er zal nog maar één casino over zijn waarin ik RTG-casinotoernooien in Frankrijk kan spelen als ik geen toernooien in Slotocash en Uptown Aces kan spelen (mijn situatie in Uptown Aces is hetzelfde. ..)
