I used your link and opened a new account and as soon as it logged my in it said "Account Locked"
This is confusing considering they say they accept US players and I have NEVER used or downloaded that software beforeIk heb je link gebruikt en een nieuw account geopend. Zodra ik inlogde, stond er "Account vergrendeld"

Same thing happened to me. Says account locked. tried and no response at customer support.
Hetzelfde gebeurde met mij. Zegt account vergrendeld. geprobeerd en geen reactie bij de klantenservice.

I am very unhappy with this particular group. >:( I was bonus banned from both Mayan Fortune and Pantasia for no reason...and I don't have multiple accounts and I haven't deposit with them yet. I closed both accounts!

Friends, I have to say a few words about those bonuses (casinos).

In the eyes I saw only lines and circles. My eyes drop out. At that time I had 415 € and as always happens, tried with

Sometimes when it says ACCOUNT LOCKED it is something as simple as you put in the wrong password. You can retrieve your password and try again, and sometime it works, or you might have to call customer service up, and they will clear it right up for you. Most of these matters can be cleared up with c/s over the phone, or on the chat line in a minute or two.
This is for any casino, not just Pantasia/Mayan.

Soms als er ACCOUNT VERGRENDELD staat, is het zoiets eenvoudigs als dat u het verkeerde wachtwoord hebt ingevoerd. U kunt uw wachtwoord ophalen en het opnieuw proberen, en soms werkt het, of misschien moet u de klantenservice bellen en zij zullen het voor u oplossen. De meeste van deze zaken kunnen binnen een minuut of twee met c/s via de telefoon of via de chat worden opgelost.
