So I activated a bonus with a deposit, and just got really lucky. In the bonus rules was nothing about max winnings or just the 20 dollars that came with the bonus, or i wouldn't have used it. When i completed wagering my "bonus" which wasn't a bonus apparently i was shocked to find out my balance went from 168 dollars to 42 dollars, the balance i started with (my own money together with the 20 dollars "bonus" ) I feel very much mislead and i thought after reading the bonus rules, that this was a very nice bonus! If you claim the winnings cannot be kept by the player with a non deposit bonus i totally agree, but i paid money for this bonus. But according to the casino i only used the bonus money, which isn't true, because i wouldn't be able to play with that bonus money without ....spending money. Basically i only lend the money according to the normally very nice and helpful staff. But this was the 2nd time in a week i had trouble with a bonus. But now my winnings were taken without any reason other than its not in the bonus rules, that im allowed to keep winnings. Sorry but thats not how you should treat your players.
