The wheel landed on 50 SC. The game then crashed, my balance reset to zero, and the session closed. Support claimed it was actually 5 SC and refused to pay. On May 12, 2026 at 1:26 AM EST, it happened again. I previewed the wheel before spinning. 50 SC was the highest prize. The wheel landed on 50 SC. The yellow pointer in my screenshot proves the landing position. Again, the game cleared the prize, reset my balance, and closed the session. I have screenshots from both dates. I had to present them in reverse order to prove the win was 50 SC — because the casino kept trying to tell me it was only 5 SC. My screenshots clearly show the 50 SC prize segments and the yellow pointer on the winning spot. Customer support gave me the runaround for over a week: contradictory responses, stalling, and finally silence. They ignored my deadlines and threats to escalate. I am requesting 100 SC total — 50 SC for each of the two wins they are trying to cheat me out of. I have multiple screenshots proving my case.
