Since you have changed your address several times, the casino has the right to request information about any previous addresses that were registered under your name and used on your casino account. You also had to verify the email address associated with the account at the time, which indicates that you had access to that email address.
We have already forwarded the rest of the information you provided to the casino representative and asked them to check whether they may be able to assist you with the verification based on the information you have provided. However, this is ultimately up to the casino, and unfortunately, we have no control over their verification requirements or their decision.
