hi. so I used there 5 dollar bonus free play. the rules says complete the play through amount u can withdraw up to 50.00. when I completed the play through amount of 20000 I won 40. when I go to with draw. it would not let me. so I talk to there angent. he said that I could not withdraw because I used 2 other bonus. and 1 of them was with a deposit. so they make a deposit and when from that deposit. so I ask what happens to the 40. I was told that I can used for fun. the problem I have is they offered the 5 dollar free bonus. and I completed the play through. they rules did not . mention other bonus u used u can not withdraw. and if I was over a limit on using free play bonus. they normally would not let u claim anymore bonus. that comes from there promotions. and 1 promotion was with a deposit. I used 2 free bonus. that they offered. then I talk to another agent I said if I make another deposit can I claim the 40 to. he said yes.. so I told him what the other agent said. so he sent me to a specialist to look into. not to mention the time period u use to complete the play through. to just to with draw the amount they say u can win.. the rules were complete the play through u can withdraw up to 50
